Job Summary

America Executive Clean is seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage our cleaning teams. The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards and that client expectations are consistently met. This position requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that work is performed efficiently and to the highest standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Train and mentor new cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and assignments for team members.

• Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stored and in good working condition.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company protocols.

• Provide regular performance feedback to team members and conduct performance evaluations.

• Coordinate with the management team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the appropriate personnel.
