Terms & Conditions – America Executive Clean
To ensure transparency and smooth operations, America Executive Clean has established the following policy for scheduled cleaning appointments. Once we arrive at the property and encounter issues such as inactive utilities (water, electricity), non-draining sinks, baths, or other plumbing problems that hinder the cleaning process, the full price of the scheduled service will be charged for that unit or property. Please ensure all proper channels of communication are open to alleviate delays and fees. Additionally, ensure all maintenance equipment, materials, or supplies are removed from the unit to avoid delaying the cleaning process and incurring fees. If the unit or property is not ready for cleaning, please email info@americaexecutiveclean.com and cancel at least 72 hours in advance. Employee Protection & Hiring Policies
We invest significant time, effort, and resources into our staff hiring, screening, and training process. To protect the integrity of our business, we prohibit the direct solicitation of our employees for private work outside of America Executive Clean.
Service Standards & Scheduling
Consistency Matters: We strive to send the same cleaning professionals each time, though schedules may vary due to illness, vacations, or unforeseen circumstances. Our systems ensure quality cleaning on every visit. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 business hours may incur a $50 fee due to rescheduling conflicts. Operating Hours: Our cleaning teams serve both residential and commercial properties Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
Access & Security Protocols
Property Access: Clients must ensure our team has unrestricted entry to perform services. Lockouts or denied access will incur a $50 fee. Security Systems: If your property has an alarm system, please disable it prior to service or provide secure access instructions. Clutter-Free Requirement: To maintain efficiency, we ask that spaces be free of excessive clutter before cleaning.
Safety & Cleaning Restrictions
Heavy Lifting & Biohazard Limitations: Our team does not move heavy furniture or handle biohazardous materials such as mold, pet waste, or bodily fluids. Pet Policy: Clients must ensure pets are secured during cleaning visits to prevent disruptions. Ladder Use: For safety reasons, we only use up to a 2-step ladder for elevated cleaning tasks.
Rescheduling & Weather Interruptions
Severe weather or illness may require schedule adjustments, but we will notify clients in advance. Holiday schedules may shift service dates, which will be coordinated accordingly.
Payment Terms & Fees
Billing: Payments are due on the day of service via secure online processing. Late Payments: $25 late fee after 3 business days $50 late fee after 30 days Returned Checks: A $50 fee applies to returned checks. Lockout Fees: If our team is unable to enter due to access issues, a $50 fee will be applied.
Service Suspension & Cancellations
If outstanding balances remain unpaid, services may be temporarily suspended until resolved. Clients may cancel services with at least two business days' notice to avoid cancellation fees.
Custom Cleaning Services
Deep Cleaning & Specialized Services: Require a non-refundable 25% deposit upon booking.
