Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team at America Executive Clean. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be reliable, efficient, and committed to upholding our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, offices, and other areas as assigned.

• Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and upholstery cleaning.

• Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment according to company guidelines.

• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the supervisor promptly.

• Adhere to established schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Communicate effectively with clients and address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
