Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaning subcontractor to join our team at America Executive Clean. The subcontractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be reliable, efficient, and committed to upholding our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, offices, and other areas as assigned.
Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and upholstery cleaning.
Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment according to company guidelines.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the supervisor promptly.
Adhere to established schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients and address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and core values.
Qualifications
Must be fully insured. have equipment and supplies. must have reliable vehicle
Required 2yr Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work.
Ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and proof of insurance
