Job Summary
America Executive Clean is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to attract new clients and increase business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role includes managing our social media presence to engage with clients and promote our services.
Key Responsibilities
Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
Present and promote our cleaning services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value we offer.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
Manage and maintain our social media accounts, creating content to engage with clients and promote our services.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize our social media strategy.
Provide clients with accurate and timely information about our services, pricing, and availability.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related functions to promote our services and expand our client base.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or experience business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
