Job Summary

America Executive Clean is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to attract new clients and increase business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role includes managing our social media presence to engage with clients and promote our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

  • Present and promote our cleaning services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value we offer.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.

  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, creating content to engage with clients and promote our services.

  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize our social media strategy.

  • Provide clients with accurate and timely information about our services, pricing, and availability.

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving any issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related functions to promote our services and expand our client base.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or experience business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.

  • Experience in social media management and content creation.

  • Knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
